Trust me, I get it. Our lives are complex and fast-paced, we have a never ending to-do list, a family to care for, hectic jobs, side hustles, you name it! What can I expect when I enroll?

Shortly after you enroll you will receive a welcome email with your Detox Resource Bundle. Each week on Monday morning you will receive an email relating to that weeks topic including the content pdf. We will have our weekly calls Tuesday at 7PM EST on Zoom and they begin on February 22nd. These calls are intimate and interactive. Afterwards you receive the replay and any follow-up information from our call. You will have direct email access to myself should any questions come up between sessions. You will receive a free 1:1 virtual session that can be booked anytime from enrollment through April 30, 2022.

What if I can’t make the live calls?

No problem! You will receive the replay the next morning and can ask me any questions you may have between sessions.

I know you often talk about being plant-based. Do I need to go vegan to get results?

I do feel strongly about reducing animal products for optimal results, but it is not necessary to give up anything entirely. Everyone’s detox balance is different based on their lifestyle and preferences.

I have a vacation/birthday/wedding coming up, how will this impact eating on those days?

That is up to you! The goal is to find a healthy balance between indulgence and healthy choices that support your energy, clarity and vitality. The tools you gain in this program allow you to enjoy all of life events to the fullest AND experience the results of a detox lifestyle. The key is BALANCE.

How much time will this take?

Our weekly calls are about one hour. Outside of that any time investment would be in healthy practices such as movement, mindfulness or meal prep (to name a few). This will look different for everyone. What I can promise is that you can achieve results with minimal time investment, and at the end of the day the results you experience will SAVE you time because you will be more energized and focused throughout your day!

What makes former members of BBD so successful?

BBD members are successful because of their openness to uncovering limiting beliefs that have held them back, willingness to try new habits that support their health and understanding that progress is the goal (not perfection). 

When are you running this type of program again?

I typically run this program in the fall, but if you’re asking because you’re thinking you may wait, I encourage you not to. Investing in ourselves and our health is something many people are inclined to think they aren’t ready for. But the truth is, we’re never REALLY ready for the most important things in life. We just take the plunge anyway!

How long do I have to access this program?

Forever! You will have access to the replays and the references for life! You can also always reach out to me in the future, I would love to continue to support you.

I don’t like to cook, will that be a problem?

You and me BOTH! I do recommend making many of your meals at home, but you don’t need to be a chef or spend lots of time! The Detox Recipe book contains many quick and simple recipes for those who aren’t into cooking.

I have to cook for/feed other members of my family, will I need to cook separate meals for myself and them?

That’s up to you! I’ve been told that picky partners and children are tricked into eating more vegetables due to the Detox Recipes. Or you could add additional proteins and starches for other family members if they want more options, but I don’t think you’ll feel the need to cook totally separate meals.
